A near fatal car crash on the Garden State Parkway waylaid his plans, and his life, for over a month. Now, Governor Jon Corzine returns to the AC, still recovering from the accident, and speaks at a conference of the New Jersey AFL-CIO, where he receives an enthusiastic welcome.
