Atlantic City, NJ - Volunteers with the Alley Cat Allies network swarm Buzby Village, among other locations, to round up homeless cats and apply the TNR treatment to them (Trap, Neuter, Return). After undergoing a quick operation, the cats a returned to their locations, unable to reproduce, but alive and well.
