Trenton, NJ - Newly sworn in, New Jersey Governor Jon Corzine declares his intention to restore sound ethics to state government. This speech, only a portion of which is shown here, was seen as a fresh start for the state, which was still reeling after a series of scandals involving public officials and their crooked dealings.
